A live streaming video of a German Shepherd Dog in China went viral as a result. The person who put the video together put a bowl down La Zi Ji or Chongqing (Chili Chicken) in front of his dog. The regional dish is known for its extremely spicy flavors. In other words, this is not food that a dog should be eating.
